Technical Work Groups

Five Technical Work Groups (TWG) supplement the efforts of the North Carolina Climate Action Plan Advisory Group. These groups have an advisory role to the stakeholders and are tasked with providing technical analysis and designing policy options for consideration. Technical Work Groups focus on specific issues and sectors of the economy and consist of CAPAG members (or their technical designees) plus other technical experts as needed.
